Description:	This is a recording of a webinar held on January 16, 2013, during which the new E&E (environmental and engineering) scoping form in the Categorical Exclusion Expert System was presented. This new form was implemented in January 2013 as part of a larger revision made to PennDOT Publications DM-1B and DM-1C. The webinar topics included: how to use the new scoping form, how to interpret the information that the new form imports from Linking Planning and NEPA screening forms, and how to generate a CE evaluation from the new scoping form.
