<BLOCKQUOTE>The Forms by Review list allows PENNDOT and Bureau of Equal Opportunity (BEO) users to access online ‘forms’ submitted by the apparent low bidder during the Contract Awards process Pre-Construction and beyond. Included on this list are any DBE Participation for Federal Projects or MBE/WBE Commitment for State Projects forms which are in submitted status, as well as any Component Item Schedules which have been submitted by the apparent low bidder.
<P><BR>The list is organized by let date and displays information about the forms, including the date and time the form was submitted and the name of the company that submitted the form. The list also includes links to the corresponding Contract Awards screen and to the individual forms. This list is part of the Contract Awards subsystem and provides part of the BEO Submission, Review, and Approval; as well as the Component Item Schedule functionality. It is accessed from the Forms by Review hyperlink on the Contract Awards home page.<BR></P></BLOCKQUOTE><BR>
