<blockquote>
The Announcement/News Item screen is part of the Common Functions subsystem and is used by authorized persons to create and post an announcement or news item to the ECMS website, edit an existing item, or delete an item. All users, including public users, can access this screen in read mode to view an announcement or news item.
<p>The Announcement/News Item screen can be accessed by all users to read, and the PENNDOT ECMS Announcement Author to create, edit, or delete an announcement or news item.<br /></p>

Description

Actions

Action Description
BACK button When the user clicks this button, the program returns them to the previous ECMS screen.
