This screen is part of the Contract Awards subsystem and provides an analysis tool to assist PENNDOT in determining if bid justification is required. The J-Sheet report, together with the Line Item Profile report, provides part of the Bid Justification functionality and is accessed from a hyperlink on the Bid Justification checklist item.
<p>The J-Sheet report can be accessed by users belonging to user groups involved in the concurrence process for a project, as well as users in the authorized user groups.<br /></p>
