<TD width=492>This view is arranged by Business Partner Name in alphabetical order. Detail information includes the FID and BPID for the business partner. By default this view is displayed in expanded mode with links to the satellite offices for the business partner displayed immediately below the main office link. This view can be used to quickly access the Business Partner Office screen.</TD></TR>

<TD width=492>This view is arranged by BPID. By default, the view is displayed in collapsed mode, so that only the business partner ID is listed. When expanded, the business partner name (link to Business Partner Registration screen) and FID are displayed.</TD></TR>

<TD width=492>This view is arranged in alphabetical order by Business Partner Name in the following status categories:

Views

View Description

Business Partners and Office This view is arranged by Business Partner Name in alphabetical order. Detail information includes the FID and BPID for the business partner. By default this view is displayed in expanded mode with links to the satellite offices for the business partner displayed immediately below the main office link. This view can be used to quickly access the Business Partner Office screen.

Business Partners by ID This view is arranged by BPID. By default, the view is displayed in collapsed mode, so that only the business partner ID is listed. When expanded, the business partner name (link to Business Partner Registration screen) and FID are displayed.

Business Partners by Status This view is arranged in alphabetical order by Business Partner Name in the following status categories:
· Approved
· Pending
· Rejected

The view lists the following details: Business Partner Name (link to Business Partner Registration Screen), FID, and BPID (for approved business partners only).

Business Partner Registrations in Submitted Status This view is organized by business partner name. Details include the Business Partner Name (link) and the FID. The business partners listed here have completed the online registration process but have not yet had PennDOT acknowledge receipt of the Business Partner Registration Form (hardcopy).

Business Partner Registrations in Pending Status This view is organized by business partner name. Details include the Business Partner Name (link) and the FID. The business partners listed here have completed the online registration process and have had PENNDOT acknowledge receipt of the Business Partner Registration Form (hardcopy). These business partners have not yet been approved by any Registrars.

Business Partner Registrations in Rejected Status This view is organized by business partner name. Details include the Business Partner Name (link) and the FID. The business partners listed here have completed the online registration process and have had PENNDOT acknowledge receipt of the Business Partner Registration Form (hardcopy). However, these business partners have been rejected for all business partner types requested.
