This screen provides an overview of the project from a bid proposal perspective and allows users to quickly access all of the parts of the bid proposal, including any changes made via addenda, as well as the EBS file(s) required for bidding, .tif files of the plans, and the .pdf document containing the proposal attachments. Links allow the user to navigate to the main Bid Package and Addendum screens, from which they may access the 'ask question' functions, view the questions and answers for a bid package, or see 'additional' information provided by PENNDOT. See the &quot;Actions&quot; section of this document for a detailed description of each icon.
<p>The Bid Package Downloads screen is accessed when the user clicks the EBS icon on the Bid Package by Let Date or Notice to Contractors screen.</p>

Description

This screen provides an overview of the project from a bid proposal perspective and allows users to quickly access all of the parts of the bid proposal, including any changes made via addenda, as well as the EBS file(s) required for bidding, .tif files of the plans, and the .pdf document containing the proposal attachments. Links allow the user to navigate to the main Bid Package and Addendum screens, from which they may access the 'ask question' functions, view the questions and answers for a bid package, or see 'additional' information provided by PENNDOT.
