Description

This screen is part of the Rail Freight subsystem and to review the Grant Application.

Users with the ‘Reviewer’ role can only accept or reject Grant Applications.

Users with the ‘Reviewer’ role access the Review Grant Application from the RFAP Grant Application home page by opening a document from one of the Grant Application view links.

Project Information Table	Protected – Pre-Populated	The following fields are displayed based on the type of project this grant is being requested for. Each type will have a three-column table. The columns being RFAP, Applicant, and Total. The column titled “RFAP” is the computed value of requested grant money that RFAP could be responsible for. The column titled “Applicant” is the computed value that the applicant is responsible for. The column titled “Total” is the sum of the RFAP and Applicant column amounts that is needed to complete the project. The last row in the table titled “Total Project Costs” contains the total amounts for each column. The last column titled “Total” totals the amounts for each row. This field is read only and pre-populated from the Grant Application.
Construction Costs	Protected – Pre-Populated	The construction cost amount of the project. The RFAP column will be 50% of the Construction costs up to $100,000. The Applicant column will be the difference between the RFAP column and the Total Construction Cost field value. The Total column will be the RFAP column value plus the Applicant column value and should equal the Total Construction Cost field value in Section 3 Attachment One Construction Project Table. This section is hidden when Project Type is “Maintenance”. This field is read only and pre-populated from the Grant Application.
Maintenance Costs	Protected – Pre-Populated	The maintenance cost amount of the project. The RFAP column will be 75% of the Total Maintenance Cost field up to the maximum amount determined by the Actual Project Miles field. ]The maximum amount of the RFAP column for projects with actual project miles less than or equal to 50, actual project miles greater than 50 but less than or equal to 200, and actual project miles greater than 200 will be looked up from the keyword list. The Applicant column will be the difference between the RFAP column and the Total Maintenance Cost field value in Section 3 Attachment One Maintenance/Rehabilitation Table. The Total column will be the RFAP column value plus the Applicant column value and should equal the Total Maintenance Cost field value in Section 3 Attachment One Maintenance/Rehabilitation Project Table. This section is hidden when Project Type is “Construction”.

Actions

Action	Description
Click the Back button.	When the user clicks the Back button, the previous page will be displayed.
Click the Accept button.	All fields are validated. The status of the application is set to “Accepted” and the user is taken to the Grant Application Home Page. An email message is sent to the Business Partner’s email address and to the Contact Person’s email address. This button is available to users with the ‘Reviewer’ role.
Click the Reject button.	All fields are validated. The status of the application is set to “Rejected” and the user is taken to the Grant Application Home Page. An email message is sent to the Business Partner’s email address and to the Contact Person’s email address. This button is available to users with the ‘Reviewer’ role.
Click the Print button.	Prints the document. This button is available to users with the ‘Reviewer’ role.
