| Open your browser software and access the ECMS Welcome page. |
The ECMS Welcome page is displayed with the navigation bar on the left. |
| Using the Registered Users Login fields at the top of the navigation bar, enter your user ID and password. Click GO or tap the Enter key. |
The ECMS Welcome page appears. Your user name now appears at the top of the navigation bar, and the navigation bar options are tailored to your security group(s). |
| From the navigation bar, select the Project Services option. |
The Project Services options available to your user group are displayed.
Note: You can also access the Project Team screen via the My Projects option under Contractor Services. In addition, most screens contain a link to the Project Team screen in the header.

| Select the Project Home Page option beneath Project Services on the navigation bar. |
The Projects home page is displayed. |
| Enter search criteria, for example, the Project Number and click the SEARCH FOR PROJECTS button. |
The Projects list is displayed and includes all projects matching your search criteria. |
| Select "Project Team" from the Destination Screen drop-down list and click the Project Number hyperlink for the desired project. |
The Project Team screen is displayed in read mode. |
| Click the EDIT button. |
The screen switches to edit mode. |
| Click the selection arrow to the right of the Construction Management field under the Business Partners section of the screen. |
A selection window is opened in a new browser. |
| Choose the business partner(s) you want to add as Construction Management business partners from the Select Items to be Added list by clicking the X in front of the Business Partner name. |
The selected business partner is moved to the Selected Items list box. |
| Click OK on the selection window. |
The selection window closes, and you are returned to the Project Team screen. |
| Click the SAVE button. |
The screen is saved.
IMPORTANT: You must save the screen before continuing; otherwise you will not be able to select users for the team member roles.

| Add the user to the desired team member role by clicking the selection arrow to the right of the field name. |
A selection window is opened in a new browser. The window allows you to select from a filtered list of users in the $ECMS CONSULTANT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT or $ECMS CONSULTANT INSPECTOR user groups associated with the business partner(s) you selected/saved in the Consultant Construction Management field.
Note: The list appears alphabetically by business partner name, followed by Domino full name (First Name+Last Name+Org Code).

| Choose the users you want to assign to the Consultant Construction Management role from the Select Items to be Added list by clicking the X in front of the listing. |
The selected user name is moved to the Selected Items list box. |
| Click OK on the selection window. |
The selection window closes, and you are returned to the Project Team screen. |
| Click the SAVE button. |
The screen is saved. |
