Navigate to the ECMS website |
The ECMS Welcome page appears displaying the login link and the navigation bar on the left side. |
Using the Registered Users Login fields at the top of the navigation bar, enter your user ID and password. Click GO or tap the Enter key. |
The ECMS Welcome page appears. Your user name now appears at the top of the navigation bar, and the navigation bar options are tailored to your security group(s). |
Select the Contractor Services option from the Navigation bar |
The Contractor Services options are displayed. |
Select the Electronic Bidding option |
The Electronic Bidding home page is displayed. |
Click on the Bid Packages by Let Date link |
The Bid Packages by Let Date screen is displayed. |
Locate the project for which you want to add yourself to the List of Planholders and click on the “Project” link |
The Bid Package screen for that project is displayed.
Note: You are automatically added to the list when you download the EBS file from the Bid Package screen. |
To add your name to the List of Planholders, click the ADD TO PLANHOLDERS button on the Bid Package screen. |
A confirmation message is displayed indicating your name will be added to the public List of Planholders and asking you to confirm to continue. When confirmed, the system automatically adds the logged in user name and contact information (from the Business Partner table) to the List of Planholders.
Note: The system also checks to see if this user is already on the List of Planholders. If the user is already listed the latest addition will overwrite the old information. The user is returned to the Bid Package screen. |
To VIEW the List of Planholders select List of Planholders from the GO links of the Bid Package or Addendum screen and click the GO button |
The List of Planholders is displayed in read mode.
Note: If no Planholders exist a message to that effect is displayed. |
