View Project Information

<BLOCKQUOTE>This function is part of the Project Services subsystem and is used to access the Project Information screen. The View Project Information function provides part of the Project Information functionality and is accessed when the user clicks the Project Number hyperlink on certain search results screens (for example, Projects list) or when the user clicks the Project Number hyperlink contained in the header field of any project-related screen when the project is in the appropriate status (e.g., Design, Review, Advertised).
<P><BR>Note: If the project is in Pre-Construction or later status, the project number hyperlink contained in the header takes the user to the Construction Project Information screen. The View Project Information function can be accessed by all $ECMS users, as well as Consultant Project Team Members for the specific project.<BR></P></BLOCKQUOTE><BR>

Description

This function is part of the Project Services subsystem and is used to access the Project Information screen. Step-by-Step Directions

User Action Result
Open your browser software and access the ECMS Welcome page. The ECMS Welcome page is displayed with the navigation bar on the left.
Using the Registered Users Login fields at the top of the navigation bar, enter your user ID and password. Click GO or tap the Enter key. The ECMS Welcome page appears. Your user name now appears at the top of the navigation bar, and the navigation bar options are tailored to your security group(s).
From the navigation bar, select the Project Services option. The Project Services options available to your user group are displayed.
Select the Projects option. The Projects home page is displayed.
Enter search criteria in one or more of the search fields and click the SEARCH FOR PROJECTS button. The Projects list is displayed and includes the project for which you entered search criteria.
Select Information from the ‘Select Destination Screen’ drop-down list. The entry you selected appears in the field.
Click the Project Number hyperlink. The Project Information page is displayed.
Click the tab title, for example, "Project Description" to access fields on that tab. The selected tab fields are displayed. See "Tell Me About Project Information" under the Project Information category of the Help system for a detailed description of the tabs, fields, and functions available on the Project Information screen.
To access related ECMS screens, select the screen name from the Go links and click the GO button. The selected screen is displayed.
