From the navigation bar on the left, select the Business Partners option. The Registration option appears below the Business Partners option on the navigation bar.

From the navigation bar on the left, select the Registration option. The ECMS Business Partners welcome page appears.

From the Business Partners Registration welcome page, click the ECMS Business Partner Registration icon. The Agreement to Authorize Electronic Access to PENNDOT Systems appears in the browser window.
