Unofficial Plans and Specifications

<BLOCKQUOTE>This screen is part of the Contractor Services subsystem and is used to display planned construction projects that have not yet been officially advertised. All projects where an unofficial plan or specification has been created, but the project bid package has not yet been advertised, appear on this list. Members of the Design Project Team can mark a plan or special provision for unofficial advertising on the screen where the checklist item or special provision is created. When the checklist item is saved (with the indicator set to Yes), the unofficial version of it is immediately posted to the web. Once the bid package for the corresponding project is published, any unofficial plans or specifications are dropped from this list.
