This screen includes security to filter the available information based on the user group. This means, that the screen looks different based on who you are. The Electronic Bidding home page is accessed from the ECMS navigation bar by selecting the eBidding option under Contractor Services.<BR><BR>All users, including the anonymous public user, have access to this screen, but the availability of the links changes based on the user group. The "Actions" section of this document details how the links are displayed.

This link supports the Diskette Bidding functionality by allowing authorized PENNDOT users access to the Bid Maintenance screen. On the screen, the user selects the contractor who submitted the bid file on diskette, then navigates to the bid file and clicks the SUBMIT button to submit the selected bid file on behalf of the contractor.</FONT>
