Create Final Settlement Acceptance Report

<BLOCKQUOTE>This function is part of the Contractor Services subsystem and is used to create a Final Acceptance Report (FHWA-1446B). The Final Acceptance Report is used by FHWA in conjunction with PENNDOT to indicate the FHWA acceptance of projects that are federally funded and require Federal Oversight. The Create a Final Acceptance Report function provides part of the Finalization functionality and is accessed from the Finalization Checklist or from the Construction Project Information screen.

Description

This function is part of the Contractor Services subsystem and is used to create a Final Acceptance Report (FHWA-1446B). The Final Acceptance Report is used by FHWA in conjunction with PENNDOT to indicate the FHWA acceptance of projects that are federally funded and require Federal Oversight. Step-by-Step Directions

User Action Result
From the Finalization Checklist, select FHWA-1446B from the Add links drop-down list. This option is only visible to the Finals Unit Supervisor, and only when the project is federally funded and requires Federal Oversight.

The FHWA-1446B Final Acceptance Report screen is displayed. The document is an In- Process status until the Finals Unit Supervisor clicks the SUBMIT button.

Note: The Final Acceptance Report cannot be created until the Notification of Final Quantities has been approved, and the Acceptance Certificate has been approved.

Enter a Report Number. This is a required field.
