<BLOCKQUOTE>This screen lists all of the items and special provisions that have been added to the workspace, and allows the user to add, delete, or modify them. Items are listed first, and include the item number, description, and quantity. The Item Number field provides a link to the Workspace Item detail screen. The workspace special provisions are listed next. If the special provision is associated with an item via the workspace, the item number appears to the right of the provision name. The Special Provision Name field provides a link to the Work Space Special Provision detail screen. The Go and Add links on this screen allow the user to navigate to related screens, such as the list of authorizations for the project.

Actions

Action Description
? (icon) When the user clicks this icon, they are taken to the screen’s “Tell Me About” Help document, which provides a brief screen description, a definition of each field, and a definition of each ‘action’ (link, button, icon).
Up/Down Arrows (icon) When the user clicks the up arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the top of the screen view. When the user clicks the down arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the bottom of the screen view.

TIP: The function buttons such as BACK, EDIT, and SAVE are always located at the extreme bottom of the screen. Use the down arrow to quickly move to the buttons you need.
