This function is part of the Project Services subsystem and is used to complete the data entry details of a standard project development checklist item of the type 'Topographical Survey'. The Complete Checklist Item Detail function provides part of the Project Development Checklist functionality and is accessed from the checklist item hyperlink of the Project Development Checklist screen.
<p>When the project is in Design or Review status, this function can be accessed by all members of the Design Project Team. After the project has been advertised, this function can only be accessed via an in-process addendum and only by users with create/update authority for the addendum. After bids for the project are opened and before the project is finalized, the Complete Checklist Item Detail function can only be accessed by members of the Construction Project Team.<br /><br />The checklist detail screen for the Utility Clearance Assurance Letter item allows the user to enter the date the letter was submitted to FHWA, set the &quot;Include in Bid Package&quot; and &quot;Completed&quot; indicators, and link an EDMS document(s).<br /></p>

Description

Step-by-Step Directions

User Action Result
From the Project Development Checklist, click the checklist name hyperlink for the checklist item you want to update. The checklist detail screen appears.
If desired, enter a user-defined title for the checklist item in the Title field. This title will appear on the main Project Development Checklist screen separated from the standard title by a dash. For example, "Coordination Meetings - User Defined Title".
Enter the date the Utility Clearance Assurance Letter was submitted to FHWA in mm/dd/yyyy format; or select the date using the Calendar/clock icon. The date you entered or selected appears in the field.
If desired, enter comments regarding the checklist item in the Comments field. The text you entered appears in the field.
If desired, attach an EDMS document to the checklist item by clicking the SEL EDMS button. See "How Do I Attach an EDMS Document" under the Common Functions category of the Help system.
