Retrieve the Agreement Root record using the Agreement Root option of the Search function. |
The Agreement Root will be displayed for viewing. |
Click on the Subordinate Tab. |
The tree view for the agreement and all components will be displayed.
Note: If there is a “+” in the tree view, click on it to expand the tree and view other components. If there is a “-“ in the tree view, click on it to compress the tree view. |
Expand the tree to view the components of the part for which the PMS Reference is to be printed by clicking on the “+” in front of the appropriate part folder. |
The tree will be expanded to show invoices, supplements and PMS Reference numbers associated with that part. |
Expand the PMS Reference folder to view all PMS References for this part by clicking on the “+” in front of the PMS Reference folder for this part. |
The tree will be expanded further to show all PMS References for this part. |
Highlight the PMS Reference to be printed by clicking on the appropriate PMS Reference and click the RETRIEVE button. |
The PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be displayed for the selected PMS Reference with all fields disabled and the “SEARCH”, “NEW ENTRY”, “EDIT”, “DELETE” and “PRINT” buttons enabled at the bottom of the screen. |
Click on the PRINT button. |
A new print browser will be opened and displayed on top of the ECMS browser. |
Click on ‘File’ on the menu bar of the new print browser. |
A drop down menu will appear. |
Select the ‘Print’ option on the drop down menu. |
A Print Diaglog box will appear to identify the printer and print options. |
Select the appropriate printer to print the invoice and click "OK”. |
The PMS Reference record will print on the selected printer. The print browser will remain displayed on the screen. |
Click the “X” in the upper right corner of the print browser to close the browser. |
The print browser will close and the PMS/MPMS Reference Management screen will be fully visible. |
