View a Consultant Qualifications Package

<BLOCKQUOTE>This function is part of the Consultant Qualifications subsystem and is used by business partners and other users to view a Consultant Qualifications Package. There are five ways to view Consultant Qualification Packages. They can be viewed by business partner, certification, type of service, location or by status (status view available only to PENNDOT users). The View a Consultant Qualifications Package function is accessed by clicking on Consultant Qualifications under the Consultant Services option on the navigation bar, then clicking on one of the five View Consultant Qualification Package options.
 The View a Consultant Qualification Package function can be accessed by authorized business partner users and will allow the user to view the package for their own firm. Authorized users within the firm can also use the view function to access the Consultant Qualifications Package in edit mode if the package has not yet been submitted to PENNDOT. </BLOCKQUOTE>

User Action Result

Log into ECMS as a user in one of an authorized user group. The ECMS Welcome page is displayed with your user ID and the navigation bar on the left.

Select Consultant Services on the navigation bar. The Consultant Qualifications option appears under the Consultant Services option.

Select Consultant Qualifications. The ‘Consultant Qualifications’ home page appears.

Select View Qualifications Packages. The Qualifications Packages page appears with links to the draft and submitted packages for your firm, organized by date last saved or date submitted.
Note: Packages in draft status are hidden from users in a certain user group.

Select the date link for the package you want to view or edit. The Consultant Qualifications Packages screen appears in read mode.
