This screen is part of the Common Functions subsystem and is used provide access to the Announcements and News Application. The Announcements and News home page provides part of the Announcements and News functionality and is accessed from the Announcements&amp;News option under the References option on the navigation bar.
<p>The Announcements and News home page can be accessed by all users. Authorized users in the authorized user group can access the Create, Edit and Delete Announcement or News Item functions, as well as the Maintain Keywords function, from this screen.</p>

Actions

Action Description
Create Announcements and News link When the user selects this link, the Announcement/News Item screen is displayed in edit mode. This link is only visible to users in the authorized user group.
Latest Announcements and News by Date link When the user selects this link, the Latest Announcements and News by Date view is displayed. This link is visible to all ECMS users as well as to public users.
Keyword Maintenance link When the user selects this link, the Keywords view screen is displayed. This link is only visible to user in the authorized user group.
