Under the "Construction Coordination" category of the Project Development Checklist, click the "Construction Documentation System (CDS) Worksheet" hyperlink. |
The checklist detail screen appears. |
If desired, enter a user-defined title for the checklist item in the Title field. |
This title will appear on the main Project Development Checklist screen separated from the standard title by a dash. For example, "Coordination Meetings - User Defined Title". |
Indicate whether the Construction Documentation System is required to be used on the project by selecting “Yes” or “No” from the radio button options. |
The selected radio button appears with a darkened center. |
Enter the date the CDS Worksheet was signed in mm/dd/yyyy format; or select the date using the Calendar/clock icon. |
The date you entered or selected appears in the field. |
Enter the name of the person who signed the CDS Worksheet in the Signed By field. |
The name you entered appears in the field. |
If desired, attach an EDMS document to the checklist item by clicking the SEL EDMS button. |

By default, the "Include in Bid Package" indicator is set to No and cannot be edited. |
This is a noncontractual checklist item. |
If the checklist item is complete, choose ‘Yes’ from the Completed radio button group. |
The selected radio button appears with a darkened center.
Note: This indicator has no effect on system processing. However, checklist items that are marked as completed appear with the ‘completed’ checkmark icon on the Project Development Checklist screen. This gives users an at-a-glance view of the project progress. |
When you are finished entering date, click the SAVE & EXIT button to save the checklist item and return to the Project Development Checklist screen. |
The checklist item is saved, and the Project Development Checklist screen is displayed. |
