Log into ECMS as a user in an authorized user group |
The ECMS Welcome page is displayed with your user ID and the navigation bar on the left. |
Select the References option from the navigation bar |
Additional options are displayed under the References category. |
Select the Announcements&News option from the navigation bar |
The Announcements and News home page is displayed. |
Select the Latest Announcements and News link |
The Announcements and News view is displayed. Announcement and News items are listed by date in descending order (newest to oldest). Items where the creation date is less than or equal to seven days before today’s date appear with the NEW icon. |
Click on the NEW icon, the date, or the subject (title) for the announcement you want to delete |
The Announcement/News Item screen is displayed in read mode with the CANCEL, EDIT, and DELETE buttons displayed at the bottom of the screen. |
Click the EDIT button |
The Announcement/News Item screen toggles to edit mode. |
Edit the announcement as necessary |
The fields will be populated with updated information. |
Click the SAVE&EXIT button |
The message “The document was saved successfully” appears. |
Click OK on the message box |
The system returns you to the Announcements and News view. |
