Description

This function is part of the Design Administration subsystem and allows the user to generate a report on the price history of one or more construction items. The report options are defaulted for contractor and public users but can be customized by other users (including PENNDOT, FHWA, Municipal, Consultant, and BIS).

The Search Item Price History function is accessed from the Item Price History screen when the user enters or selects the item prefix (minimum required search criterion) and clicks the SEARCH button. Some users can customize the report by choosing the Districts whose data should be considered and a range of contract amounts, as well as other options. These users may also choose to view either the detail or summary report.

The Item Price History screen can be accessed from the link on the Master Items Maintenance Home/Search page when the user selects “Design Admin” from the navigation bar, followed by “Master Items Maint”. A default version of the report can be accessed directly from the Master Items list or from the Master Item detail screen when the user clicks the history icon.
