View Project Milestones

<BLOCKQUOTE>This function is part of the Project Services subsystem and is used to access the Project Milestones screen. The View Project Milestones function provides part of the Project Milestones functionality and is accessed when the user selects Project Milestones from the Go links of the Project Information screen and clicks the Go button. The Go links of other ECMS screens also include Project Milestones as a selection.
 The Project Milestones screen contains three date columns: 1) MPMS Estimated – This column is display only. The dates are read from MPMS based on the lead MPMS number assigned to the project. 2) ECMS Anticipated – This is an editable column where authorized users may enter more refined estimated dates for the project milestones. 3) ECMS Actual – This column is display only. The dates are filled by ECMS based on project activity. For example, when the bid package for the project is published, the system writes the Project Advertisement date to the Project Milestones. See “Tell Me About Project Milestones” under the Project Milestones Help category for a detailed description of each milestone date. The View Project Milestones function can be accessed by all PENNDOT $ECMS users. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Open your browser software and access the ECMS Welcome page. The ECMS Welcome page is displayed with the navigation bar on the left.
