Summary:
This course presents a systematic approach to writing clear and effective business documents. Participants will learn how to determine purpose, analyze an audience, and structure their writing to convey the essential message clearly and accurately. From organization through the final edit, this approach to writing is designed to provide practical and proven techniques for writing efficiently and professionally.

Learning Outcomes:
■ Establish a clear purpose for your writing and use the most suitable approach.
■ Analyze the needs of the audience in order to create clear, relevant documents.
■ Write clear and concise sentences and cohesive paragraphs.
■ Determine the best structure for the message and organize content accordingly.
