Target Audience: | PennDOT employees only. District support staff associated with Traffic Incident Management policy and practice, which might include the ADE-Maintenance, Maintenance Services, Incident Management Coordinator, Emergency Management Coordinator and the Traffic Unit. County Managers or Assistants directly associated with advancing policy and practice in field response, with an emphasis on those involved in interstate or interstate look-alike response. Traffic Management Center supervisory staff or key operators with specific responsibility for improvement and support of traffic incident management communications.
