General Information

Summary:	This course will cover the use of the following ECMS Construction functions: Project scheduling, Subcontractor approval, Contractor evaluation, ECMS Field Documentation and Finalization.
Learning Outcomes:	•Maintain construction project information •Submit authorizations for contract work •Submit work orders for review •Maintain work order information •View work order reports •Create payment adjustments and estimates •Submit contractor evaluations •Perform project finalization
Prerequisites:	Participants should have a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc. ) and Internet Explorer.
Target Audience:	All construction personnel who will use ECMS, or need to understand how it works to do their job. Consult your manager or ECMS coordinator to determine appropriateness of course.
