General Information

Summary:
This is a 3 day course intended for Inspectors-in-Charge. The focus of the course is directed primarily to Inspectors-in-Charge only. This course will cover the use of the following ECMS Construction functions: Construction Project Information, ECMS Field Documentation, ECMS Force Account Documentation, Authorizations, Work Orders, Adjustments, Estimates, Contractor Evaluations and Finalization.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, participants shall be able to:
• Maintain Construction Project Information
• Add/modify Plan Station Quantity
• Review Project Site Activity Reports
• Review Authorization for Contract Work
• Submit Work Orders for Review
• Document Daily Force Account activities
• Review Source of Supply
• Submit Payment Adjustments and Estimates
• Submit Contractor Evaluations
• Review Finalization Process
