On October 31, 2011, the Department will begin accepting electronic submissions of HOP applications via the on-line Electronic Permitting System (ePermitting).
The new ePermitting system will allow applicants to follow the progress of their application through the PennDOT review process, review PennDOT comments and submit revisions electronically. Applicants will also be able to retrieve their permits through the ePermitting system.
