Summary: | This webinar identifies the inspection, pollution prevention, and reporting expectations of PennDOT personnel, as defined in NPDES Permit I-1315-00-05-0002 issued to PennDOT to operate its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). An overview of the NPDES Permit will be provided but specific focus will be on two Permit-defined minimum control measures (MCMs): 1) Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination, and 2) Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping.
