Summary: | The Publication 408 PennDOT Specifications Webinar Course is a series of 5-one hour webinars which provide overview training on the Publication 408-Specifications book as it relates to developing the specifications for transportation projects. Instruction includes the purpose, importance, organization and writing style of the Publication 408. Specific instruction on Section 100-General Provisions will be provided. The Sections 200 through 1200 of the Publication will be discussed. It is important that modifications to the Publication 408 are made judiciously; thus the process for implementing technical changes will also be provided.
