This 1-day training is a 1-day overview of the 2-day NHI-136065 Risk Management course; it covers principles of risk management and elements of an effective risk register; participants work on the risk register elements during learning activities in class.

Learning Outcomes:
• Explain the overall organizational context, importance of risk management, and risk framework to others
• Follow a consistent process for managing risk
• Utilize standard risk terminology, tools and methods
• Implement appropriate risk identification techniques
• Write an effective and meaningful risk statement
• Accurately estimate likelihood and impact of each risk event
