Description:	This course is available on CD from the Training Coordinator in each District and from the Bureau of Design. The course CD goes over the following: Topics include: * What are species of special concern? * What species are legally protected under PA code? * What is the Federal Endangered Species Act? * What is the process for addressing species of special concern? * How do species of special concern affect PennDot projects?
