General Information

Summary:
This training is to introduce Department personnel and PennDOT Business
Partners to the new Enterprise Customer Care Center (eCCC) System. This
training will allow for the transfer of information regarding how
customer concerns are entered into the eCCC and how Department personnel
are to process them in the eCCC system

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, the participants will be able to:
• Understand how a new concern is submitted
• How the concern is assigned and processed through the system
• Have an understanding on how the new eCCC system works

Target Audience:
All District and County personnel that use the eCCC System should attend
