Summary:	This Basic Critical Path Method course explores scheduling and monitoring strategies that address the needs of construction professionals. It provides the basics of preparing a Network (logic) Diagram and Monitor/Daily Update Chart to effectively manage construction projects.
Learning Outcomes:	Attendees to this three-day basic course will have a better understanding of Basic Critical Path Method concepts and the elements and formulas needed to use this methodology to plan, schedule, and monitor PennDOT projects.
Target Audience:	Department personnel and construction partners who plan, schedule, or monitor PennDOT projects.
