Summary: | This class is intended for experienced employees who work in the Negotiations and Relocation areas, and who may need to feel more confident in their knowledge of the regulations that govern their areas of responsibility. One major topic of the course is complex relocation situations such as the factors that complicate the selection of comparable dwellings, multiple occupancy situations, carve outs, the displacement of mobile home occupants, and housing of last resort(HLR).
