Description:
On November 20, 2009, a webinar was presented by PennDOT and the handouts of this class are available in the attachment below. This handout is a copy of the class PowerPoint presentation with the instructor notes.

Course Summary: This course provides an overview of key site investigation procedures/scenarios applicable to roadway design/construction projects. The course identifies and presents waste investigation elements focusing on attaining documentation to satisfy environmental due diligence and regulatory closure requirements. Specific attention is given to soil sampling associated with tank removals and defining project management responsibilities associated with each step of waste investigations and the remediation design process.

This course is targeted for District Project Managers and Environmental Staff.
