General Information

Summary:
This Program assists in the development of trained, professional maintenance management employees. It offers a forum for consistent training and the transfer of valuable information regarding policies and procedures from senior PennDOT management staff.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, the participants will be able to:
• Relay innovative maintenance ideas into their daily jobs and their co-workers
• Network throughout PennDOT
• Apply new maintenance techniques

Classroom

Target Audience:
Assistant District Executives for Maintenance (ADE-M), County Managers, and two additional representatives from each District or County at the discretion of the ADE-M.
