General Information

Summary:
In January 2013, the CEES will roll out the new E&E (environmental and engineering) scoping form as part of a larger revision to DM-1B and DM-1C. This training will explain: how to use the new scoping form, how to interpret the information the new scoping form grabs from Linking Planning and NEPA screening forms, and how to generate a CE evaluation from the new scoping form.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the session, participants will:
Understand the updates regarding E&E scoping in DM-1B and DM-C
• Describe the relationship between screening forms and the new scoping form
Describe the relationships between scoping forms and evaluations
• Know how to create a new scoping package
• Interpret and use the information that auto-fills the scoping form from previously completed screening forms
• Know how to complete the new scoping form in the system
• Know how to create an evaluation package from an approved scoping package
