General Information

Summary:
This virtual training course provides two hours of information on the Pennsylvania Appraiser License Law. The purpose is to increase professionalism for appraisers in Pennsylvania. The course covers laws and regulations that pertain to appraisers in the Commonwealth, as well as the powers and duties of the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers.

Learning Outcomes:
As a result of the training, appraisers will understand PA Law more clearly and able to apply it to their appraisal work.
