Summary:
The course covers the history and guiding documents for the Emergency Support Functions (ESF) to support the State Emergency Operations Plan. It also provides an overview of the various Emergency Support Functions defined in the State Emergency Operations Plan.

Learning Outcomes:
The goal of this briefing is to:
* Familiarize ETO members with the Emergency Support Function
* Identify which ESFs that PennDOT leads and which ESFs that PennDOT supports

Teaching Method:
Classroom-based lecture

Prerequisites:
ETO Lecture

Target Audience:
PennDOT employees only who are about to be a part of the ETO Organization.
