General Information

Summary:
This course is a three-module series webinar which instructs on how to coordinate/interact with the construction contractors from design to contract execution and Notice to Proceed (NTP) processes. Additionally, this course includes instruction on providing consistent technical engineering responses on the questions & responses portion of the Bid Packages in ECMS. The following are the webinar series Modules:
•Module 1-Introduction and Design to Advertisement Phases
•Module 2-Advertisement to Bid Opening Phases
•Module 3-Bid Opening to Contract Execution/NTP Phases

Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this Course, the attendee will be able to:
•Explain the points of interaction in the bidding process.
•Write appropriate responses in the ECMS Questions & Responses portion of the Bid Package.
•Explain the impact of inaccurate information provided.
