General Information

Summary:	This class will cover the following ECMS functions: Project Setup, Project Information, Project Development Checklist for the PS&E, Project Items and Quantities, Design Item Funding, Bid Package Review and Approval, and Addendum Processing.

Prerequisites:	Participants should have knowledge of the Design business process. Must have a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.) and Internet Explorer.
Target Audience:	Attendees should be design project managers, contract management staff, and design team members.
