1. Richard Kercher will coordinate the presentations made by FHWA and OCC.

Steve Roth (STROTH@pa.gov) -Office of Chief Counsel, presents module 6-Tort Liability and Risk Management

Clint Beck (clint.beck@dot.gov)-FHWA, presents module 2-FHWA's Perspective

Both guys are great to work with and here's are suggestions for coordination:

• Check if they have any updates needed for their course content (material has stabilized and there modules have not changed in a while)

• Coordinate date and times of their presentation (I recall Steve may only show up for his portion of the training, and we've worked around his schedule in shuffling the agenda once or twice. This does not affect the learning as his topic can stand alone). They may ask for the most recent copy of their slides to review.

• Give them a deadline for any revisions.

• Send a reminder for the training a couple weeks in advance. You may want the new vendor to coordinate or meet with Steve and Clint at least once before the training.

2. Students need to bring pencil and eraser to class.
