General Information

Summary:	This course will cover the use of the following ECMS Construction functions: Construction Project Information, ECMS Field Documentation, ECMS Force Account Documentation, Authorizations, Work Orders, Adjustments, Estimates, Contractor Evaluations and Finalization. This course is pertinent to project field personnel.
Learning Outcomes:	Learning Objectives 1. Maintain Construction Project Information 2. Submit and Review Project Site Activity Reports 3. Submit and Review Authorization for Contract Work 4. Submit Work Orders for Review 5. Submit Payment Adjustments and Estimates 6. Submit Contractor Evaluations 7. Review Finalization Process

Prerequisites:	Participants should have a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc. ) and Internet Explorer.
Target Audience:	All construction personnel who will use ECMS, or need to understand how it works to do their job. Consult your manager or ECMS coordinator to determine appropriateness of course.
