General Information

Summary:
Waiver Valuation Orientation is split into two units, the first unit covers the development of the waiver valuation process and then a demonstration of how to complete the form and how to complete the Right of Way Office screens, then a second unit where the participants practice completing a waiver valuation form, with guidance from the instructor(s) and how to enter the resulting data into Right of Way Office.

Learning Outcomes:
• Have knowledge of the three methods of developing waiver valuation values
• Complete the waiver valuation form
• Complete the waiver valuation screens in Right of Way Office

Right-of-way professionals, specifically appraiser or negotiators or other staff who need practical skills to understand and/or complete the waiver valuation process
