General Information

Summary:
This course reintroduces participants with the use of UREDMS and introduces functionality implemented in "Phase 3".

Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, a participant will be able to:
-use the Help System
-Locate and modify contacts UREDMS Address Book
-Perform an import from an Open Work Item
-Perform functions related to searching and retrieving documents
-Perform end-user functions related to workflows including: launching a work item, importing a document, and completing a work item
-Send notifications to utilities and
-End projects and documents using the External Web Interface

Prerequisites:
Prior exposure to the UREDMS application. Attendance at prior training classes is not a pre-requisite.

Target Audience:
This course is tailored to the needs of District Utility Administrators and Technicians.
