General Information

Summary:	This 1.0 hour webinar will inform PennDOT STAMPP personnel on how to identify potential illicit discharges (PIDs) during the course of their normal job duties. In addition an overview on how the Department will comply with the Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) reporting components of our Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit requirements.
Learning Outcomes:	Upon completion of this webinar, STAMPP personnel will: •Know how to identify an illicit discharge. •Recording details about an illicit discharge including capturing pictures of a discharge; and •Report PID using PennDOT’s Illicit Discharge Reporting Form.
