Summary:
During this webinar, PennDOT will present information on the following topics: driveway permits and considerations, minimum use driveways, low volume driveways, permit fees and security requirements, and utility permits.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this webinar, you will be able to:
• Understand the Department requirements for Driveway and Utility Permits (Department Authority, Who can Apply, When to Apply and How to Apply)
• Understand the requirements to complete a Minimum Use and Low Volume Driveway Permit application
• Understand the requirements to complete a Utility Permit Applications

Teaching Method:
This course is presented in a webinar format.

Target Audience:
Marcellus Shale industry stakeholders and PennDOT employees in Central Office and District Offices 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and 12 who review and approve highway occupancy permits.
