An over view of the entire process, from Planning to actual operation.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Participants will be able to identify typical roadway distresses that can be addressed by the seal coat process.
2. List equipment verification requirements for all equipment used in this process
3. Describe process necessary to ensure correct aggregate and emulsion selection is achieved.
4. Have knowledge of how to achieve a high quality, long lasting project.
