General Information

Summary:
The ePayroll Mobile app was developed to provide a consistent, automated, and simplified tool for the PennDOT Foreman to enter, edit, and submit ePayroll data to PennDOT, while in the field. With the built-in features, such as SAP search for unplanned Assemblies, Personnel, Materials and Equipment, this app will save time for data entry and SAP validation prior to the work flow review for approvals. During this course, Foreman will learn how to use the ePayroll Mobile app.
In addition, the ePayroll Web app allows PennDOT related staff to search, review, approve, or reject all payrolls, submitted by the Foreman via the ePayroll mobile app. Assistant County Maintenance Managers (ACMM's), Roadway Program Coordinators (RPC's) and SAP Clerks will learn the work flow process using the ePayroll Web app.
